Frazier + Wing garments are made-to-order, which means I cut and sew your purchase only after the order has been received. I do not stock inventory for immediate shipment. Please allow 5 - 10 days for your order to be cut, sewn, packed and shipped.
Local pick up in Portland, Oregon is available with no shipping charges. Please email me before placing order to arrange.
Domestic orders are shipped via insured USPS Priority Mail.
International orders are shipped via International Priority Mail.
Duties and taxes on International shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Please confirm your address at checkout to be sure it is correct. Please follow the tracking on your order to insure you will be available to receive the delivery.

I cut and sew each piece that is ordered specifically for you. Each garment is made, wrapped and sent to you with a great deal of care and attention to detail in hopes of presenting you with a well made garment that you will love and treasure.
I accept returns for exchange or store credit only. I am unable to offer refunds due to the small and made-to-order nature of my business.
RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZTION. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery to request a return authorization. YOU MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM ME before returning. Returns must be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, scent free and perfect condition pieces. Items that are returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or lotion scents or any type of stain will not be accepted. The item will be returned to customer and no credit or exchange will be issued if returned item is not in perfect condition.
Sale items and customized pieces are final sales.
Returns not meeting the stated requirements will not be accepted and items will be returned to customer at customers expense.
Shipping charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A trackable shipping method is required for returns.
